Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the jilink platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of jilink, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All jilink users must be at least 21 years of age. Underage access is strictly prohibited under Philippine gaming regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Use of jilink constitutes acceptance of Philippine jurisdiction.
Each person may hold only one jilink account. Multiple accounts result in suspension and forfeiture of balances without exception.
Identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is mandatory before withdrawals are processed on jilink.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, and use of automated systems are prohibited and result in immediate account closure.
jilink provides deposit limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools if gaming affects their well-being.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Use of the jilink Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jilink reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and is strictly prohibited on jilink. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
jilink is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines and by Filipino nationals residing abroad who are subject to Philippine jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jilink is lawful in their location. jilink does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
To register a jilink Account, you must provide: (a) a valid Philippine mobile telephone number capable of receiving SMS; (b) a password meeting jilink's minimum complexity requirements; and (c) confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Sections 2.1 and 2.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jilink Account. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilink will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery and may permanently ban the associated User. Any balances in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited without refund.
Full Account functionality — including the ability to process withdrawals — requires successful completion of KYC verification. Users must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, LTO driver's license, Philippine passport, SSS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID) together with a live selfie. jilink will verify the submitted documents and inform the User of the outcome. jilink reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jilink will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.
You agree to notify jilink immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jilink shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. jilink recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts with active balances.
jilink may suspend an Account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or security compromise. Such suspension may be implemented without prior notice where necessary to protect the User or the integrity of the Platform.
jilink accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and such other payment methods as jilink may make available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with jilink's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to four (4) business hours.
jilink is committed to compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its implementing rules and regulations. jilink may request additional documentation for large transactions, unusual account activity, or where required by applicable AML regulations. jilink reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence procedures.
In the event that jilink credits your Account with an amount in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or otherwise — jilink reserves the right to reverse such credit at any time. You must not use funds that you know or reasonably ought to know have been credited in error. Use of erroneously credited funds constitutes grounds for Account suspension.
All bets placed on the jilink Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game type. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute between the displayed game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to game-play matters.
jilink uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to the rules of the relevant game as displayed prior to participation. jilink does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game.
jilink reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) in error due to a technical malfunction; (b) based on information obtained through cheating, fraud, or collusion; (c) where the odds or terms were manifestly incorrect due to a system error; or (d) in breach of any applicable game rule. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the User's Wallet.
Sports betting odds are set by jilink at its sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time prior to the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jilink, the odds are locked in for that bet. In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, which may differ from the odds at the time the bet was initially placed.
jilink may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Users. All Promotions are subject to: (a) the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Promotion as communicated at the time of offer; (b) these Terms and Conditions; and (c) jilink's right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at its sole discretion.
Bonus Funds credited under any Promotion are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the Promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as real money. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds.
jilink reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any Bonus where jilink has reasonable grounds to believe that a Promotion has been abused, exploited for advantage play purposes, or obtained through fraudulent means. jilink's determination in such matters is final.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with their use of jilink:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. jilink reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. jilink does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for financial losses incurred through use of the Platform. Players are solely responsible for the decisions they make regarding their gaming activity.
All content on the jilink Platform — including but not limited to the jilink brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of jilink or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jilink content; use jilink's brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilink shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond jilink's reasonable control; or (d) the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Platform.
jilink's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilink's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
jilink collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jilink Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jilink.club/privacy-policy.
By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and — subject to applicable legal requirements — request deletion of your personal data by contacting jilink support.
jilink reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification when required; (d) non-compliance with AML requirements; (e) accounts that have been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months; or (f) where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon Account closure by jilink for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any balance in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances and applicable regulations. Upon voluntary Account closure by the User, any remaining balance net of applicable fees will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting jilink support. Account closure requests are subject to a final security review and withdrawal processing period.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilink Platform, you agree to first contact jilink through the official support channel at [email protected] to seek resolution informally. jilink will endeavour to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Users who are consumers may also refer complaints to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or consumer protection body.
jilink reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilink will provide notice to registered Users via the contact details on record (typically SMS or in-platform notification) at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the jilink Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
